McCoy Pleated Meshes are available in both single sash and double sash versions. They offer fast and easy installation and can be mounted either on the door/window profile (frontal installation) or on the window sill (inset installation).

• The extra sill width required for the McCoy Pleated Mesh is 26 mm for the 26 mm system and 17 mm for the 17 mm system.
• The minimum distance from the frame opening (width/height) to the sill edges should be 45 mm.
• In the single sash version, the maximum size possible is 3000 mm × 1800 mm, while the double sash version supports sizes up to 3000 mm × 3600 mm.
• The specially recessed profile design eliminates the need for handles, while the finger recess along the profile allows smooth and convenient operation for users of varying heights.
• The Vectran String used in the pleated meshes is specially developed using advanced Japanese technology. This zero-stretch, high-endurance material prevents string breakage and significantly increases the service life of the mesh system.
• Specially engineered corrosion-resistant plastics are used at the corner joints, offering excellent durability and enhanced aesthetics. These components allow the pleated meshes to be installed on any side, regardless of weather conditions.

The specially designed Wind Hook System prevents the mesh from slipping out of its slot and provides secure operation through a 360-degree rotating mechanism. When mounted on the upper profile, it prevents the veil from hanging over the upper section, and when mounted on the lower profile, it keeps the veil secure during strong winds. This results in stronger meshes with reduced maintenance requirements.
